A 3.50% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions and a flat fee of $1.95 for online E-checks. This fee helps offset the rising cost of credit card processing. To avoid this fee, we welcome payment with a paper check or cash. You can also avoid this fee by signing up for automatic bill pay through the billing office, which allows your utility bill to be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.
